E.S. Wagner Company served as the prime contractor on this project for the City of Toledo. To alliviate constant flooding, Shantee Creek was made deeper and wider. The project included 30,000 cubic yards of channel excavation, 2,200 linear feet of 96 inch and 84 inch reinforced concrete pipe, 3,500 ton of rip rap, relcoation of 48 inch prestressed concrete waterline, headwalls and the installation of a modified box culvert across Laskey Ave.
