Wagners work consisted of the following: Excavation of 493,000 cubic yards of soil Embankment of 1.7 million cubic yards of soil Drainage 28,346 lineal feet 304 aggregate base 118,000 tons Asphalt pavement (sub-contracted) 6 bridges To date, Value Engineering savings of over $ 400,000
