E.S. Wagner Company was issued a Notice to Proceed on INDOT IR-27845, US 231.

This $30 million project in Spencer County, Indiana picks up where another E.S. Wagner project, IR-28200, leaves off. Part of the acceleration of Indianas highway construction program made possible by the lease of the states turnpike, the construction of US 231 will begin in the spring of 2009 and will be complete by the summer of 2011.
