Employee Benefits Overview  

E.S. Wagner Company offers a comprehensive benefits plan as part of an employee’s overall compensation package.*

401 (K) Retirement plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan immediately upon hire. After completing an eligibility period, employees receive company matching contributions at a specified percentage of employee contributions. Employees may choose to make contributions on both a pre-tax and after-tax (Roth) basis.  

Medical and Prescription Drug Insurance Plan
Medical insurance provides comprehensive health coverage designed to provide choice and flexibility for our employees and their families. Health plan participants are automatically enrolled in the prescription drug plan which features a mail-in service for increased savings to the employee.  

Dental Insurance Plan
Dental insurance offers coverage for preventive, basic and major dental procedures (including orthodontia) complimented by a large number of in-network providers to reduce out-of-pocket expense for insured employees.  

Vision Plan
The vision plan offers benefits for eye exams, frames, lenses, and contact lenses.  

Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Life and AD&D insurance provides protection for employees and their families.  

Short Term Disability Insurance
Short term disability insurance provides income protection in the event an illness or injury prevents an employee from working.  

Long Term Disability Insurance
Long term disability insurance provides income protection for illnesses or injuries that cause an employee to miss work for an extended period of time.  

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible savings accounts allow employees to use pre-tax income to cover eligible medical and dependent care expenses.  

Educational Assistance Plan
Investing in the knowledge, skills, and abilities of E.S. Wagner members is a priority for the organization. Eligible employees may qualify for up to $5,000 annually in assistance for education and training.  

Paid Vacation
Paid vacation days are given based on length of employment.  

Paid Holidays
Recognized holidays typically include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Holiday Shutdown (generally, company operations are closed during the period between Christmas and New Years Day)
